THE MACALLAN CUP: WEEK 6 STANDINGS, WEEK 7 PICK TEN

This past week saw a pack effect where everyone has bunched into two packs and now its the race for third between Brad, Greg, and Willy Mac and the race for first between Lola and Chili. Unless Chili drinks Drain-o, I don't think he's gonna get caught by anyone other than Lola.

    uttles, you make it seem as if he's going to punish our league with the option but so far, Wake and UVA have been the only really option oriented teams in the ACC and UVA hasn't used it as much. I agree that he's a good coach, I disagree that his option could work in the big leagues.

    Willy, wake and UVA don't run the triple option. They have an option play that they run from time to time. There is a HUGE difference.

    We can discuss some time why I think the triple option attack that Paul Johnson institutes at Navy could have a lot of success in the ACC, but first I'd suggest watching their game this weekend and keep in mind that he is severely limited in his recruiting efforts because of being at a military academy. In fact, he probably had more talent when he was winning D1-AA national championships at Georgia Southern.
